Refund Policy
The short version. 14-day money-back guarantee on any plan. No questions, no hoops. If Plugr isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.
How it works
Every paid plan — Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime — comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason Plugr isn't what you hoped, we'll refund the full purchase price.
You don't have to justify it. You don't have to fill out a survey. You don't have to wait through a "are you sure?" dance. We'd rather have a happy non-customer than a frustrated one.
How to request a refund
Email us with your refund request:
- Send to billing@plugr.co
- Include the order number from your purchase email (helps us find it fast)
- Optionally, let us know what didn't work for you — only if you want to share, no obligation
Or, if you'd rather skip the email, follow the "Cancel and request refund" link in your original purchase email. It opens the customer portal at our payment processor where you can request a refund directly.
When you'll see the refund
Once we approve the refund (usually within one business day), the payment processor handles the actual transaction. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank. International transactions may take a bit longer.
What gets refunded
- Monthly subscription: the full charge for the current period.
- Annual subscription: the full annual charge.
- Lifetime license: the full one-time payment.
Taxes (sales tax, VAT, GST, etc.) are refunded along with the base price.
After the 14 days
Once 14 days have passed since purchase, our standard policy is that the sale is final. That said, life happens — if something exceptional comes up (a serious bug we caused, an extended outage on our end, a clearly mistaken purchase), email us and we'll look at it case by case.
For active subscriptions, you can cancel at any time through your customer portal. After cancellation, you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period; you won't be charged again.
What happens to your data after a refund
Your Plugr install on your Mac keeps working — it just drops into the trial-expired state we use for any unlicensed app: existing scan data stays viewable, the Deals tab keeps working, but you can't run new scans or use paid-only features until you license again.
We don't delete your personal data unless you ask us to. If you'd like all your purchase records deleted, email hello@plugr.co and we'll handle it.
